As Surveyors we need to be the first on location to measure your land, calculate what area you have to work with, determine the fall of the land, create contours, identify services and determine the constraints
and opportunities of the land.

At KMJ Surveying, we specialise in land subdivision, both urban and rural. With 25 years of continuous service in and around Goulburn and now extending to Moruya, we have developed relationships with specialist consultants and earned the respect of local councils. Co-owner Justin Kell has managed major projects such as Goulburn’s 100+ lots subdivisions, The Tillage and Joseph’s Gate. Both are highly regarded for their finished product and Justin’s cooperative approach working with council and clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
