As Surveyors we need to be the first on location to measure your land, calculate what area you have to work with, determine the fall of the land, create contours, identify services and determine the constraints and opportunities of the land.

At KMJ Surveying we specialise in land subdivision, both urban and rural, and with 25 years of current staff continuous service doing this in an around Goulburn, we have developed relationships with a team of specialist consultants and the respect of councils to achieve what is possible. Co-owner Justin Kell has been the Project Manager over the last 5+ years of two of Goulburn’s largest and recently completed 100+ lots subdivisions, The Tillage and Joseph’s Gate. Both highly regarded for their finished product and Justin’s cooperative approach working with council and clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
