KMJ Surveying’s rich history in the industry dates back to the 1960s when RJ Kell & Co was established by the father of the current Director, Justin Kell.
For surveyors, becoming registered is no small feat. It requires passing numerous exams covering various aspects of surveying, including planning, engineering, rural, and urban surveying. Recognizing a gap in candidate preparedness, Directors Michael Kadziela and Justin Kell took a proactive approach. They organized and ran a three-day Rural Surveying Boot Camp, designed to give candidates hands-on experience and access to rural surveying. This initiative was met with enthusiasm and appreciation from both candidates and mentors, showcasing KMJ Surveying’s dedication to professional development.
